There is a lot of links in there. If you did read it, I'd find it hard to beleive you have nothing.

Either you suck at using a computer or you think the program is supposed to make the music alone
just click one of the links on the page, download a demo or whatever- it isn't hard at all (or ask your little brother, I'm sure he knows how to do it)
Just google and download a trial. Or... find a free program like some MIDI editor.
